Day 1: Arusha - Lake Manyara National Park - Mto wa Mbu.
Departing from your accommodation in Arusha after breakfast, our safari adventure begins with a journey to Lake Manyara. This national park showcases diverse habitats including acacia woodlands, water forests, and baobab-strewn cliffs, creating a picturesque landscape. Despite its size, Lake Manyara is home to a rich variety of wildlife, including a large population of baboons and renowned tree-climbing lions. Enjoy an exhilarating game drive until midday, followed by lunch within the park. Afternoon exploration continues before heading to your overnight camp at Lilac Campsite in Mto wa Mbu for dinner and rest!
Day 2: Mto wa Mbu - Ngorongoro Crater - and Back.
After an early breakfast on the second day of your 3-day budget camping holiday with Nature Joy Discoveries, you'll descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a natural paradise filled with animals. The crater's continuous water supply supports an abundant surrounding, including wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, and majestic African elephants. You'll get the opportunity to see a variety of predators, including lions, hyenas, cheetahs, and secretive leopards, in the amazing situation. Explore Lake Magadi, a magnificent alkaline lake located in the crater's southwestern corner where you may see flamingos, hippos, and other aquatic species. Then you'll have lunch amidst stunning landscapes. Later, we'll go to Mto wa Mbu and settle at Lilac Campsite for dinner and an overnight stay!
Day 3: Mto wa Mbu - Tarangire National Park - Arusha/Kilimanjaro Airport & Derpature.
As your journey nears its end, we begin on the final day of adventure. Following breakfast, we go to Tarangire National Park for an exciting game drive, packed with a picnic lunch in the park's natural beauty. Tarangire, known for its large elephant population and famous baobab trees, is an important stop for thousands of elephants, wildebeest, and zebras during the yearly migration cycle. Afterward, we return to Arusha, bringing our remarkable adventure to an end!
